Supervise construction on roadway project and provide quality assurance that completed work is in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Project administration under FIDIC 4th Edition, contract administration, cost estimation, and project monitoring.
Verification of contractor's interim payment applications(IPC's), Revised PC 01, Technical Sanction (TS), Work Schedule & Escalation (EPC).
Determine budget, project schedules, scope of work and deploy appropriate staff.
Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects
Act as point of contact and coordinate directly with general contractor and client.
Monitor progress against accepted construction schedule and review the Contractor's progress reports.
Assess the progress and inform the Project Manager and client in case of delay.
Direct, assist and monitor the performance of construction, inspection and office engineering staff.
Oversee field site activities and provide technical advice on construction.
Regularly review and approve contract submittals and payment applications to contractors.
Conduct regular progress meetings with the contractor and appropriate personnel and report on any issues, as necessary.

Attending weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures
Reviewing inspectors daily reports and preparation of engineers daily diary, and general oversight of inspectors daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance, and guidance on the supervision of the contractors operations
Coordinating with contractors supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work
Continuous inspections and consultation including the preparation of written and oral reports to the
RE on contractual and procedural matters

Supervise site works and ensured that works are in compliance with standards and specification.
Ensure that civil, structural and architectural drawings are in line and coordinated with other disciplined design drawings.
Monitor progress of works and accordance with approved master schedule and advise contractor in his planning and efforts to achieve the same.
Consultation with owner/client.
Act as advisor to contractor's engineers in case of any alteration to structural details from client.
Assist with Assistant Garrison Engineer and independently produced many Engineers report.
Joint site visits with DONOR/CLIENT representatives and brief about site activities.
Preparing Progress reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
Maintain records in accordance with program standards.
